Loveland minister dies in snow related head on crash
Reverend Russell Foote 45 of Loveland died after his Volkswagen Rabbit collided head on with a 1971 Chrysler driven by Michael Brown 20 of Loveland. Slippery roads caused by snow and hazardous driving conditions were blamed. Foote died at Bethesda North Hospital after 12:56 p.m. arrival. Brown cited for center lane crossing and operating an unsafe vehicle. Services set for today at 1 p m. Burial in Cleveland. Foote active in Loveland United Methodist Church and local groups.

Senior recreation program underway in Clermont County
Clermont County Recreation Commission Director Robert Fawley told the county commissioners the department and the Park Board may cooperate to offer senior citizens recreational opportunities.
