Circuit Court Upholds DuBrul Sentence of Three Years
In Georgetown last week the circuit court affirmed the lower court ruling in the DuBrul case on fraudulent claims. The conviction follows trial in this county and Brown county, with three years’ confinement at Columbus upheld. DuBrul may seek a Supreme Court appeal. stay of execution granted for thirty days and a $3,000 bond posted.

Aged Citizen Sprague Passes After Long Life in Pub lishing
Andrew J. Sprague a veteran printer and publisher from Concord Williamsburg township died November 19 after a long career in printing in Ohio. Born 1829 he started as an apprentice at the Clermont Sun and rose to prominence with speed and skill in typesetting. He built wealth through publishing and later ran a drug business in Dennison corner before retiring. Survived by four sons Frank Charles Samuel and George and a sister he left to Lucetta Robinson who preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Friday at the Odd Fellows cemetery with pallbearers from local circles.
