Questions covered spelling, pronouns, grammar, geography, United States history, and arithmetic, with emphasis on theory, practice, and penmanship.

The Milford lecture series is assured and partly arranged with six solicitors serving on the committee. Successful Sportsmen Down in Tennessee Hunt
Merritt Swing of Bethel Leroy Zimmer man of Williams burg and George A McNutt of Williams burg and Chris Homan of Baywood hunted in Tennessee this fall. They based at Walden's Ridge in the Cumberland Mountains and found game in abundance with Swing taking a deer and the party killing turkeys pheasants and many squirrels. They plan another trip next year with expected reinforcements.

Big Boom For Newtonsville Odd Fellows Lodge Event
In Newtonsville on November 22 the Owensville degree staff of twenty five Odd Fellows conferred degrees on William Ware and E P Cole. Allen Glancy of Batavia was praised for his efforts in promoting the lodge.
