Water upgrades eyed to boost Batavia county supply

Batavia officials heard a plan from Michael M. Powell to add seven water projects by June 30 1988. The upgrades target two million extra gallons daily from the Pierce Union Batavia wellfield to Day Heights faucets and include a 16 inch PUB main to Locust Corner booster station. Clermont County program helps youths with serious offenses
