Old Lease Dispute Haunts New Boston Education Board

Question or value of a 1880s lease to the Sons of Temperance lodge in Sub-District No. 2, Stone Lick, Clermont County, prompts a board dispute over room control and rent. The lodge has paid only 50 for the 99 year lease, while potential rents could reach 0 per year, and a claim for 800 is argued. The case resembles a noted county jurisprudence feud as Decoration Day prep and local society notes fill the rest of the rural issue.
