Clermont Hamilton Dairy Herd Improvement Association formed

Dairymen from Clermont and Hamilton County organized the Clermont Hamilton Dairy Herd Improvement Association at the Batavia court house. Richard Schultz of Knox County hired as state tester to visit each member monthly, weigh milk, assess butterfat, and weigh feed, to measure profitability per farm. A five member board led by Arthur Frichs as president was elected, with officers and Clermont County members listed. more dairymen may join upon request to the county agent.
