Brown Will Case Closes After Lengthy Trial
The Sarah Brown will case concluded last Friday after noon in the common pleas court following about 50 witnesses. A large crowd filled the court and many ladies stayed until the end, with some turned away on Friday. Arguments followed on Saturday and Monday, led by Eli H. Speidel for the defendant and others for the plaintiff and defendant. The jury, out until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, could not agree. all 12 voted to sustain the will and several favored the codicil before the final ballot.

On March 10 1919 at 6 30 p m at the home of Mr and Mrs W Z Schooley in Hamilton Ohio Mrs Ury Oliver of Blanchester and Dr Isaac Redrow of Williamsburg were married by Rev Allwardt. The ceremony featured a pink and white carnation bouquet and a small immediate family gathering. The groom is 79 and the bride 73 both long-time residents who had pursued lives before the Civil War. They will host friends after March 20 1919.
