Sheriff Seizes Locomotive in Coal Shute Dispute
Amanda Wolf of Pleasant Plain in Warren county sued the Baltimore & Ohio Southwestern Railroad for a coal chute in front of her property. The sheriff attached locomotive No 80 and jailed Superintendent Brimson after a four hour delay. Brimson was released on bond the next day and the matter was settled.
