A large St John’s Day Masonry event in Clermont county featured a mass parade led by Batavia band through Owensville and Clermont in the Invita tion of Hamer Lodge. Speeches by J M Pattison and Dr Bishop followed prayers and anthems as storm warnings briefly interrupted the gathering.
