Dr. James Miller says the 648 Board's June 28 deadline for a decision on charges against the mental health director came after Katkin learned of the resolution. Two board members abstained as other members approved the removal proposal, with Katkin unsure of the outcome and feeling mystified about the process.
Clermont County's CETA Title VI funds are slashed from 912000 to 600000 for 1976 77 with regional employment limits dropping from 120 to 20 workers by September 1977. The program supports unemployed residents 18 and up, and officials warn further reductions may force slower expansion of job placements and delayed wage support as the county integrates with Cincinnati Metro plans.
Steve Kemme backs a local housing aid drive to help low and moderate income families find homes. He says to start small and local, with federal help later if needed. Clermont County plans second half 1975 real estate tax bills mailed this week. residents missing bills by June 25 should call the treasurer at 732-1220 ext 42 or 43.
