Ohio Republicans gather in Columbus for the July 26 and 27 state convention to nominate a governor candidate and adopt a platform endorsing Taft. Former Batavian Resident John D Kerr Dies at 58
John D Kerr aged 58 died at his North Street home after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the residence with interment in Washington cemetery. The Knights of Pythias will handle the funeral. He was born in Batavia, son of the late H V Kerr, survived by his widow, five children, and many friends in Clermont county.
