Felicity man pleads guilty in liquor case
James Higher, of Felicity, arrested July 11 for possession making intoxicating liquor, appeared before Judge White on Friday and entered a guilty plea. He was fined $100 plus costs and sent back to jail until payment is made. He remains in custody.

Old First Ohio Infantry Company M Holds Georgetown Reunion
The Annual Reunion of Company M of the Old First Ohio Infantry gathered at Georgetown Fair Grounds for a two day meeting. Veterans, friends, and the public attended an afternoon program in the amphitheatre, recalling mobilization at Georgetown in July 1917 and two months of camp life. The company, drawn from Clermont and Brown counties, was the first to be mobilized from this Southern Ohio region.

Camp Opened For Crippled Children At Highland Park

Car Crash Wrecks Otto Vail Family Near Legner’s
Otto Vail and wife of Cincinnati were injured when their car left the road near Legner's while traveling from Batavia to Hamilton on Sunday. Mrs. Vail suffered a fractured skull and facial injuries.
