County audit scathing report details illegal funds and graft
The review condemns misused building funds and improper distribution of tax collections. It highlights excessive court constable pay, missing itemized bills, and illegal salaries to county officials. The piece contrasts the Davis and Williams eras with ongoing graft, citing large shortfalls and a pattern of “Family Tree” influence in Clermont County finances.
