Injunction Stands Against Bonding Company Claim

Two Sudden Deaths Reported in Loveland Area
Monday morning Clinton E Lowry of Loveland was found dying by his wife and died at home. He worked in the Pennsylvanian railroad system's train dispatch office and was buried at Goshen. Organic heart disease was listed as the cause. Michael Norton of Loveland died Sunday afternoon after a brief collapse while convalescing from heart disease. He spoke no more and died within moments. Norton had held public posts and was active in business. He was buried in Milford Catholic cemetery after services in Loveland.

Watch heirloom thief in Cincinnati arrest
Elmer Schoenberger a young man calling himself homeless in Cincinnati was arrested last week for attempting to sell a valuable gold watch well below its value. He claimed the heirloom timepiece came from his grandfather and wanted to flee to Batavia to see friends. Peter Bender seized the watch and Schoenberger was charged with petit larceny.

Sawmill Accident Claims Fayetteville Worker
Ora Young, a Fayetteville sawmill operator, was killed after a circular saw threw him against the blade. His left arm was severed and other injuries led to amputation. he died three hours later.
