William Rely administrator offers at Batavia on January 8 1887 the goods and chattels of John C Conn deceased including horses cattle sheep hogs tobacco wagon buggy farming utensils and household furniture sale starts at 10 am cash on bids above three dollars with nine month terms and two good sureties.
Martha A Hopkins executrix offers 84 acres in Clermont County Ohio on the Hast Fork of the Little Miami River for sale. The auction is on Saturday February 5 1887 at 10 o clock forenoon. Terms: one third cash, one third in one year, one third in two years with interest and mortgage security.">

Claims cure for rheumatism neuralgia dropsy liver and kidney ailments erysipelas scrofula tetter mercurial ulcers old sores and many other conditions. Office details list one course of four treatments priced at dollars.
A historic notice offers 100 acres of tillable land known as the Moreton Homestead, 844 miles above New Richmond and near Clermont Academy and Clermontville. The heirs of William Moreton list eighty three acres with a two story house, barn and orchard. Terms available through T. P. Ware or at the homestead. December 8 18.
Geo H. Hill, county surveyor and clerk in Clermont County Ohio, announces duties as engineer and notary Fabia Tannernnese for land division management. Instruments used include theodolite and steel tape measures. Licensed in Clermont Warren and Hamilton counties with address listed in Milford Clermont County Ohio.
Series of two week meetings led by Rev Ed r under pati direction brought many to the church with several additions and conversions. Mrs Buchanan and Mrs Keller mourn the loss of loved ones as Christmas festivities unimpaired. The program, directed by Brother John Mears, featured a grand tree, decorations, and a youth filled crowd with songs and a duet by Mrs Morenhbert oward and Master Brown.

Pupils gave a holiday program on December 24 at Moscow High School. Teachers dismissed the day. Various locals and visitors including Prof Cross Mrs Garrett and several Buntin family members spent holidays in Cincinnati Mentor and Kentucky towns. A Presbyterian church pronouncing bee drew attendees and thanks were voiced to Prof Cross for assistance.
The Ohio State Journal grows in popularity as a semi official Republican paper at the State capitol. Its influence extends to Republican families across Central Ohio with daily and weekly editions. A one dollar annual price, fifteen months for a dollar if subscribed before January 1, 1887, is offered.
