Dennis Tissot and his maintenance crew at Clermont College kept access roads and parking lots clear after over four inches of snowfall. The college rarely closes, and observers said their roadwork was among the best in the county.
Batavia prosecutor says Harold Bissantz could face a new charge of election falsification if he files nominating petitions on February 20 to run as a Republican for county commissioner. He is already under a 1981 bribery conviction likely barring public office, despite a court expungement order.
