Colerain girl held illegally suit says
A Colerain High School senior Penny Moss was released from the Straight Inc drug treatment center on Jan 26 the day of her 18th birthday after her sister Kim Muller 23 filed suit in Clermont County Common Pleas Court Jan 9 claiming Moss was held illegally. Muller cited she was not allowed to contact her sister during the three weeks and described Moss as a good student active in student government and a homecoming queen finalist.
