The Clermont County Teachers Association gathered in Batavia with a large turnout despite bad weather. Sessions featured G. W. Witham, Rev. Nine years after two valuable watches were stolen from Mr. Philip Chatterton of Williamsburg they reappeared in a mysterious delivery.
