Suspect caught in act in Miami Township police report

Police described a rapid response leading to the arrest of a suspect, with officers arriving within two minutes to a Branch Hill area call. A woman arrived home at 11 24 a m in December and found an intruder inside, prompting the rapid confrontation and capture. Batavia trustee Louis Moore in serious condition after stroke

Batavia Township trustee Louis H. Moore is listed in serious condition at Christ Hospital after suffering a stroke on December 6.
