Burglars hit Bethel Monday night entering Woote's hardware store Interurban railway station and the post office. They attempted the Bethel rolling mill and opened safes at the traction office and post office taking 2.50 and about 0.50 respectively. Two men were arrested on suspicion. The Bethel post office was robbed of 500 a year ago and the cafe money has been repeatedly taken with the vault left unlocked.
