In my seventh annual message in this centennial year I note vast growth from three million to over a million added by expansions in industry and education. I urge universal public schooling, constitutional amendment for free schools, and taxation of untaxed church property to $3 trillion by 1900, warning against religious exemptions and urging peaceful foreign relations.
