CECA Members Advocate Monitoring New Life Program
CECA members James Sanger and Donald and Joan Sargent say the New Life program for adolescents aged 12 to 18 should be monitored and reevaluated periodically to avoid problems seen at the receiving home. The Welfare Advisory Board is to meet Tuesday August 25 at the home to discuss a public hearing on Welfare services, with a hearing set for 2:30 p.m. at CG&E in Batavia.
