Union Zoning Faces Court Test in Ohio Township
Twenty plaintiffs led by Union Township Businessmen sue in Clermont Common Pleas Court seeking to enjoin trustees from voting on zoning plan and certifying it for the November ballot. The suit alleges the zoning commission failed to keep records, public notices, and complete maps and text. A hearing is set for Aug. 5 before Judge Warren C. Young.
