Clermont County Fears Title XX Shortfall Hits Senior Services

Lois Brown Dale, director of Clermont Senior Services, argues Clermont County would lose funding under Ohio Title XX for 1978. The proposed plan slashes social services to 76000 and threatens the homemaker and health aide program with possible elimination within five months. Dale points to inequities, cites Warren County's proposed 199,109, and warns growth and reassessment of needs are not allowed. She urges preservation of home and community care to prevent institutionalization and reduce nursing home costs.
