WLYK FM Changes Hands Ride of Local Radio Icon
WLYK FM 107.1 MHz will be sold to Cincinnati Broadcasting Ltd for 850000. Perry Samuels former owner since 1975 will stay as consultant and the station plans to keep its beautiful music format and on air staff including Bob Jones and JFPO. Robert J. DeLuca will operate the station after FCC approval. The Milford station began in the 1960s and has moved locations twice, adopting the Arbitron cat mascot and retaining longtime advertisers.

CART Moves Into New Facilities With Ribbon Cutting
CART opened a new facility at 915 Main St with a group ribbon cutting on April 23. The former shared one-room office housed drivers and oil workers, now a larger space includes a drivers lounge, five desks, a parts room, and coffee and restroom access. Brenda Liming says the new setup allows staff to bring lunch and clean up, with rates for services listed and a six-route capability.
