Enumerators will forward information to Washington and Supt Porter aims to have population statistics for states and territories ready by August. Reappointment of Representatives will occur during the next winter session. The tenth census last volume was published only last fall.

A. McNoun pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Brown County Common Pleas Court last Thursday and received a ten year penitentiary sentence.
