A Clermont County Grand Jury indicted former Clermont Nor theastern High School teacher Mr Riley on three counts of rape one count of kidnapping and one of robbery. The 19 year old Anderson Township woman was allegedly abducted July 4 1980 and raped multiple times over twelve hours before she freed herself and reported to police. Riley who lived in Amelia was arrested March 28 by Hamilton County deputies and bound over to the grand jury. Contd on page 2.
