Society Notes Highlight Local Clubs And Gatherings
The Baptist and Methodist Aid Societies met with Mrs. Edmonson and Mrs. Errett to discuss purchases, a new silver Communion set, and a circulating library of 60 volumes. Social events include the Girls Five Hundred Club at Miss Hernstein’s and the Auction Club ball at Palmer Hall, plus dinner parties and a Forties-themed game night.
