The Citizen-Republican exits under old management and welcomes A R Kayser of Parkston as new owner. The note thanks subscribers for twenty seven years of support and pledges continued local upbuilding and community service under the new management.
In Sisseton South Dakota Ira Howell state truancy officer led a crackdown on five county fathers who refused to send their children to school for years. They faced the county court and received the maximum penalty of twenty dollars plus costs. The judge urged them to value education as they value their cattle and pledged future similar actions in spring.
Acknowledges neighbors and friends for kindness during the death of husband and father. Thanks are extended for funeral flowers and help with home matters and editing the last issue. Mentions Modern Woodmen Odd Fellows and Royal Neighbor aid and notes Mrs Leighton's trip to Chicago to visit her mother.

A. R. Kayser of Parkston purchased the Citizen Republican printing equipment and goodwill. He took immediate possession and resumed full charge after arriving Tuesday noon. The Elise estate retains the building, leased to Kayser, who will continue publication at the current location.
The Hat of Jurors drawn for the March term, to appear March 22, 1921 at 9:30 a.m. in the City of Tyndall Courthouse. Names include Baldwin, Ferguson, Huisman, Ludeman, Nelsen, Soukup, Becker, Glasner, Hatwan, Mikolash, Sattler, Cooley, Glynn, Kniffen, Marks, Ptak, Smith, Crockett, Hoch, Kulish, Monfore, Pattee, Turner, Davis, Holleman, Melick, Linka, McLane, Rehurek, Weisser, Vanwinkle, Echelberger, Homer, Linka, and others listed by the court. Attested by Judge and Clerk.
A 100 dollar reward is offered by F. J. Cheney & Co for any catarrh case Hall's Catarrh Medicine cannot cure. The ad extols internal action through the blood to mucous surfaces, building constitution and aiding nature, with testimonials available on request from Toledo, Ohio.
Tyndall Tribune notes the new monster gas producer at the light plant is installed except for the connecting line, promising ample gas for engines. Reports arrive of neighboring marriages, including Charlee Piroutek and Mira Britton and C C Puckett with Alice Erickson, plus community quips about editor Cyrus Puckett. A Springfield funeral marks Arnold Joseph Brown’s burial. tuberculosis claimed the 22 year old, loved and cared for at Redfield.
Howard L. Say and the South Dakota Game and Protective Association urge hunters to respect federal and state game laws. They warn penalties include fines up to 500 dollars plus 50 dollars state penalty and possible county notices, emphasizing moral duty and sportsmanship.

George W. Egan publisher of the Sioux Falls Press was indicted for adultery alleged to have occurred February 14 1921. Earl T. Grissom husband of Egan's alleged partner testified. Egan demanded speedy trial and will defend himself asserting a blackmailing conspiracy. Court set March 9 for witnesses. Egan promises to reveal facts and keep readers informed.
