Ohio CIO PAC picks slate for state and federal races
The Ohio CIO Political Action Committee endorses U S Senator Thomas A Burke nine congressmen and four statewide candidates all Democrats. It declines to back a governor candidate and defers 14 congressional districts pending local input. State picks include Nye for lieutenant governor Reider for secretary of state Ferguson for treasurer Ward for attorney general Bell for supreme court and Lamneck for unexpired term. In Congress Hobart of Cincinnati to lead First District and Wagner of Cincinnati in the Second District.
