Cincinnati and Hamilton County voters will decide on a one tenth mill levy for county parks at the November election. The Citizens Committee for the Parks says a 55 percent yes will keep Winton Woods Sharon Woods and Miami Whitewater Forest in good condition and expand recreation. a no vote would limit future development and allow deterioration. The levy would cost about 45 cents yearly to the average homeowner, less than a movie.
