ACWA Pageant Brings Past to Life
The Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America in Cincinnati marked its Fortieth Anniversary with a community pageant at Wilson Auditorium UC. George Brengel directed the production produced by local union members and staff from January rehearsal through February 20. Critics praised the cast with many audience members moved to tears as pioneers of the union appeared on stage. A recording is planned for rental by local unions for education and organizing events.
