A Cincinnati delegation will travel to Washington Tuesday to accept Cincinnati's first place in the 1954 national fire waste contest. The group includes Safety Director Cris E Hamilton Fire Chief Barney J Houston and city officials. Cincinnati earned the top award among cities over 500000 and will receive a bronze plaque.
