Vatican butler goes to trial over papal document theft
Paolo Gabriele faces aggravated theft charges after allegedly taking the pope's correspondences and handing them to journalist Gianluigi Nuzzi. The Vatican tribunal threw out some evidence, separated his case from co defendant Claudio Sciarpelletti, and set a Tuesday hearing for further questioning.
