El Cajon police kill man near strip mall after arrival

Two El Cajon officers shot and killed a man identified as Alfred Olango a minute after arriving to a report of a mentally unstable person near a San Diego suburb strip mall. Officers fired handgun and stun gun as the man drew an object from his pocket. Both officers placed on leave during investigation.
