Walter James, 59, of South Amherst, faces a secret indictment with counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, rape, and sexual battery. Prosecutor says the abuse began in 2001 when the girl was 11 and occurred at various county locations from 2001 to 2006. he was released on bond pending trial.
Allen Wooten, 30, pleads guilty to kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault in a October 5 2014 home invasion. Rocky River police charged 63 year old Jamal Mansour with murder after he shot his 27 year old daughter Tahani Mansour several times in the head during an argument at the family home. He claimed the shooting was an accident and is held on a 1.5 million dollar bond.
Ohio suspect Shawn Grate linked to at least four female deaths says he cannot recall the first victim’s name. The Marion County Sheriff said Grate believes the victim’s name might have been Dana or Diane, with investigators noting he confessed to stabbing and dumping the body found in 2007 near Marion.
