Old Glory Grange Holds Annual Inspection in Lent
The Old Glory Grange in La Grange held its annual inspection with 61 members and officers present plus visitors from North Olmsted Grafton Penfield and Ridgeville making eighty total. Delegates and alternates in the State Grange were elected. The Seventh Degree met on October 6th. The chaplain of the State Grange was slated to speak, attendance expected to be good, and Old Glory invited Grafton Grange for October 6th. Next meeting will feature Midgeville Grange for the Lecture Hour. Lunch duties assigned with members asked to bring doughnuts. The program included prayers, selections, a California trip, doll contest, a style show, and a play It Pays to Advertise. Suggestions urged finishing the hall painting. A penny match winner and a cordial luncheon closed the meeting.
