Peter Gust, 26, was shot and killed in Lorain after an argument over $110 allegedly stolen from his clothing. Lorenzo Santo, 25, was arrested after firing at Gust and a policeman, with Gust dying at St Josephs hospital. Santo's wife Rose disappeared but later surfaced in Cleveland. Santo bound over on a first degree murder charge.
