Lorain considers renaming a street after Airman 1st Class Eric Barnes. King Abdullah ordered that women may vote and run in local elections due by 2015 marking a reform step in a conservative state. Women still cannot drive or travel without male guardian approval and cannot hold Cabinet posts.
