ACLU sues to make Ohio executions public
The ACLU of Ohio sues in federal court to require prison officials to allow witnesses to view the entire execution from start to finish including IV lines in condemned inmates. The suit names Columbus federal court with Raymond Vasgar stating it follows Oregon and California rulings and targets state secrecy in the death chamber at Lucasville and Mansfield.
