Political donations and center approval in Boardman case
The article notes Democratic opponent Rob Burch with just over 32000 in his campaign fund and independent Billy Inmon with several thousand. It details involvement allegations around the 4.1 million Boardman Outpatient Surgical Center with Edward Muransky hiring the governor's former law firm and Vincent Panichi, and Health Director Peter Somani overruling staff to approve the project.
