Desert Storm veteran Timothy Volk 23 of North Olmsted and Jeff Mullins son of the Carlisle Golf Course owner were charged with threatening state wildlife officer Thomas Harrod during a skunk hunt. They face nine months in jail and up to 1500 dollars in fines for threats and spotlighting an animal with a firearm.
