Provincial court orders interim limits on teen and former teacher
In an unusual case the British Columbia supreme court restricted the time a 15 year old boy may spend with his former Grade 6 teacher who moved in with him. An interim access order will govern their contact during a month of voluntary psychological assessment to gauge maturity.
