Township official opposes Lorain County Alliance makeup
Richard Williams, vice president of the Association of Townships, says township representation is lacking in the proposed Lorain County Community Alliance council. Williams noted the bylaws give two township trustees and a township citizen on a 25 member panel, with other city and county officials also included. He urged no action unless township representation is equalized, and he spoke at a Kipton association meeting.
