Elyria man indicted on weapons charges from August

Daniel Oquendo, 29, of Garden Street, was indicted on two counts of having weapons under disabil ity, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments. He remains jailed on a $25,000 bond and has prior firearm prohibition from a 2013 Lorain County conviction.
