Four motorists guilty of DWI in Elyria Court
Four motorists pleaded no contest in Elyria Municipal Court on DWI and related charges. Joseph Sponer of Hamilton Ontario Canada was fined 250 dollars, jailed three days, and given a 30 day license suspension. Pagel of Blissfield Michigan and Stiles Jr. of 2125 Scott St. were fined 350 dollars each for reckless operation and disorderly conduct, with Stiles also fined 100 dollars for speeding. Sponer also fined 30 dollars for speeding. George Winsick of 81 Howard St. paid 250 dollars for reduced reckless operation and possession charges. Margaret C. Frederick, 40, 41506 Schadden Rd., was fined 25 dollars for disorderly conduct after a July 25 disturbance linked to a traffic arrest of two juveniles.
