The H C T Corp announces a $50 million downtown Elyria redevelopment for a 3 acre block bounded by Broad Court Second Streets and West Avenue. Four high rise buildings of 16 18 20 and 25 stories will crown a five level underground parking garage with a department store food store bank two theaters and offices and apartments. The project aims to house 2000 residents and create up to 10000 jobs with completion 36 months to five years after groundbreaking.
