Elyrian Found Dead In Automobile Here
Acting Lorain County Coroner ruled the death of Louis F Middlestetter 31 of 344 Concord Ave Lorain to be natural causes. Middlestetter was found dead in his car about 745 am by sister in law Orie Edwards who called his wife Margaret. He was believed to have died of a heart attack. Middlestetter had planned to buy a car and had test driven one last night. He had returned home around 220 am and told his wife he would come inside later. Police found no monoxide poisoning signs as the car engine was cold and the ignition key turned off. He was superintendent of Minetic Manufacturing Co Lakewood and had lived in Elyria five years. Born July 11 1906 in Lima Ohio he is survived by wife both parents two brothers Dale Erie Pa and Owen Cleveland and two sisters Dorothy Skinner and Ronnie Lima. Body taken to Sudro Curtis Funeral Home with funeral arrangements pending.

Burns Fatal to Child in Dayton Beavertown Death

Slaying Shadows Denhardt Murder Trial In Blue Grass
Three Garr brothers of Oldham County were charged with killing Brigadier General Henry H. Denhardt eleven hours before his second trial for the murder of Verna Garr Taylor. Witnesses in Shelbyville testified Denhardt was assassinated on Main Street as heirs to a local legend say the Garr family warned him. The brothers surrendered their weapons to Patrolman Jeff Tracy and reportedly admitted the shooting. Opening night of the 2st annual Lorain County Fair features the WLS National Barn Dance on a special stage before the grandstand at Elyria. The fair runs through Friday with vaudeville from Chicago, acrobats, horse shows, greyhound and boat races, and a large midway. Exhibits in livestock, poultry, art, handwork, produce, and machinery will be open for inspection. judging begins Wednesday morning as exhibitors rush to complete booths and displays.
