Grafton man pleads guilty to rape and gross sexual imposition
John Bitonti, 47, admitted to one count of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition in Lorain County Common Pleas Court. The victim approved the plea deal. Sentencing set for Nov. 8 with a pre sentence investigation. Bitonti faces 3 to 11 years on rape and 1 to 5 years on the other charge and will register as a Tier III sex offender.
