Ex-EHS star Day found slain in Lorain area
Lorain area mourns former Elyria High School basketball standout Arthur Day known as Iceberg Sum. He earned All-Buckeye Conference and all-district honors in senior year and was an alternate on the 1968 Ohio All-Star North team. Day lived in Elyria 15 years, worked at Ford Track Plant Avon Lake, and was active in CB radio and youth sports.
